Tropical Fruit Salad

Tropical fruit salad is all your favorite fruits combined to provide you with a natural, healthy, and delightful dish. As you may know, fruits carry a lot of antioxidants that are very good for your health! This tropical fruit salad has the most scrumptious fruits that you could imagine!

The best time to eat tropical fruit salad is on a nice hot day sitting in the sun, or hanging out with family/friends! It can be so refreshing and serves as a great curve to your appetite. I eat my tropical fruit salad when I’m sitting on the sand at the beach, while drinking a cup of lemonade!

If you want to add more fruit than what’s provided in the recipe, you totally can! Feel free to add or remove any fruits that you like/dislike. This recipe is my particular way to achieve the best tasting fruit salad! The lime juice in particular, is really the ultimate way to tie in all the flavors and will have you dreaming for more.

 

Tropical Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup each of:
  • Banana (chopped)
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Pineapple cubes
  • Fuji apples
  • Kiwi
  • Hawaii Kai’s Pink Diamond Sea Salt to taste
  • Salad dressing:
  • In a bowl, mix
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons agave (or honey
  • 3/4 teaspoon freshly minced ginger
  • a pinch of Hawaii Kai’s Pink Diamond Sea Salt

Instructions

1. In a large salad bowl, add all the fruits.
2. Pour the dressing over and give it a quick toss.
